Dear Partner

We are soon approaching the summer/vacation period and in conjunction with this, schools are transitioning to the new school year 2018/2019. The automatic synchronisation between your dataprovider and your Google solution (provided by us) is going to be paused in the period from 20nd of July – 3rd September.

This only affects the partners with the following MIS integration (Edulife Connect sync).
Arbor, CMIS, ISAMS & SIMS.

This means that the following services by Wizkids won’t be running in the above mentioned period of time.
Automatic creation/sync of users to G suite.
Automatic creation of folders in G suite.
Automatic creation of Google Classrooms in G Suite.
Sync of lessons from MIS.
Auto creation of distribution lists / Google groups.
etc.

Attention! All your services will still be available, but new data will not be updated by the synchronisation in this period of transition.

If your solution includes password synchronisation this service will still be running, and passwords will be updated in the transition period.

How will this affect you?
Everything that is created in the mentioned system types above, will not be applied to your Google solution in the transition period.
